I am export 2Dcurve points in .dxf format
In AutoCAD 2013 How to scale change scale factor
Of XYZ .
I have required scale on X=1 Y=1 Z=500

 you can control it by selecting the objects then press and hold Ctrl+1 to make properties dialog appear,Geometry tab.

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Are you able to adjust the scale factor in the properties windows as per @imadHabash great suggestion? If not, please attach a sample file and describe in a bit more detail what you are trying to do.  If importing the DXF into a drawing does not let you do this then save this drawing and insert it as a block into another drawing. That should let you adjust the scale too.
