Hi. This is for all Autodesk products. It's sad that buying Autodesk products in developing countries still have methods from the 50s or 60s which take more than 3 months to fully complete (signature, etc, receipt) when a simple Mac App Store or App Store takes only about 5 minutes. Also with manual transactions it's easy to make mistakes on what's included and which product is being bought. If we look at Steam or Apple's App Store or Mac App Store, it's all there, what you'll get, how much and everything is done in minutes. I recommend Autodesk partly subsidizing these new higher standards for resellers (especially in developing countries in S.E. Asia), make things more professional like Apple's hotlines which are best I've experienced (not perfect), even better than Citibank. Sadly with Autodesk it's come what may, it's not even recorded, Autodesk doesn't know what the resellers are saying to the customers and how they are saying it (there could be disrespect, unprofessional, etc.) which could put a huge stain in Autodesk and customer relationships. If say a resellers sells something on their app store (the app store needs to be co-designed by Autodesk for consistency coz' it can't be outsourced to just any cheapest site maker- usually the credit card would have bugs if they go with developing country sitemakers. It has to be Autodesk quality/standards). Honestly, I may have to discontinue my 1 year subscription when it expires as there are beginning to be other options that also work on macOS Sierra for 3D and game engines that are formidable as well and have app stores as well which would be easy for renewal- you just click renew and you don't need to be bothered by calls and visits to sign things and all that. It's not been a great experience with Autodesk (including resellers). Autodesk has to make it's standards significantly higher for resellers and the way things are sold, during and post sales consistently for all nations developing and developed. It needs to be forward looking and more professional. Stay hungry as Steve Jobs mentioned:-) (nothing personal of course, it's all for making Autodesk become the best version of itself). On standards and consistency, just look at how Apple does it, they have a standard on their authorized Apple resellers (from third party physical stores that do not have the Apple Store label) from the look of the physical stores, to the products to be sold, they don't just let them do what they think is good and do it their way. Apple makes sure it's passes Apple quality. This has disadvantages but the advantages outweigh them. God bless, Rev. 21:4
