It seems like Alias cannot create the folder called errlogs, where the errorlogs are stored.
The default location of the errlogs folder is c:\Users\(your_login)\Documents\Autodesk\Alias\errlogs
If it does not exists, try creating the above folder structure manually. If you do not have the permission to create, please ask the administrator to give necessary permissions for Alias to create the errlogs folder.
