Alias autodesk Error ( Can't go Full screen )

Attempting to click full screen on the software but the screen is stuck all the way to the left where I could not drag to reach to click the full screen button. I had to re download the software to see if it will work but it still does not work. Please help if anyone knows the solution.

Can you rename the following folder to UserPrefs2024.1OLD:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Alias\UserPrefs2024.1\AutoStudio\UserPrefs2024.1

It still does not work, It opens a small portion of the screen on the edge of the corner which I couldn't even drag to go full screen.

Can you delete the folder "UserPrefs####,#" and relaunch Alias?  This should reset the Window locations for the program.

The path is:  C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Alias

Are you using 2 screens?  Can you try Alias on 1 screen/monitor?

Can you send a screen capture of the problem as well?
