Formulas in 'Lists from the model'

Currently, we have the ability to create formulas in BOM on drawing:

This works fine.

I would like to be able to create formula in external "list from the model" in BOM editor:

 

This would give us the possibility to unify BOMs on drawings and external "lists from the model".

Thank you for this great idea. I agree that this will help producing BOM in an easier way.

We take it in consideration for one of our next releases.

This option was implemented for Advance Steel 2017. The BOM-editor provides a new UI that allows calculation for fields and provides a new filter mechanism to find the required tokens.
