Extra comment line in DStV NC file below the ST sign

About a DStV NC file:
Most of the used drawing packages write at least one comment row just below the ST sign. At least TEKLA does this and STRUCAD too.
However, Advance Steel does not write any ** COMMENT line, starts directly with the header rows.

Although it is allowed by the DStV standard, lots of machines do not accept the omitted comment line so one has to add them all manually. This line could be  an extra comment, for example containing the name and version of the software? 

So the wish is to have the possibility to add an extra comment line as shown in attachement

When comparing NC data side by side between Tekla (which works more often than not) and Advance Steel (which our customers constantly complain about about because it doesn't work), that extra line is the only difference. I have compared a dozen or more files of identical pieces produced by both softwares and the extra line is the only thing of note.

Please add the extra line as @Anonymous has suggested.
