Do not label and dimension holes in other flange for beam

Hello,

Per attached screen pic:

Beam-Top View-holes in bottom flange are labeled and dimesnioned-this is creating unnecessary clean-up-if holes in bottom flange are labeled and

dimensioned once in bottom view, it is not necessary to be labeled and dimensioned again on top view.

Best if they are not shown at all if they are in the other flange, but then probably we have to deal with different clipping for top and bottom view.
