When using Automatic running (Linear absolute type), if the dimension is below the object body, then the text is sometime required to be positioned above the line under certain standards, however this is possible manually via the AS dimension properties, but within the AS Drawing Style Manager, cannot see the same option to set this as a standard request to the Dimension Strategy.
So the Request is to add this option to allow the text to swap sides of the dimension line (Above/Below the line via a check box)
