Delete bolts, but to keep the holes

Delete bolts, but to keep the holes

It would be very helpful to add a command to delete the screws, but  the holes are not erased.
Now the delete command (Autocad) deletes all with the holes.

or add to the delete command an question like " delete only bolts, or bolts and holes"

Why can't you just create holes in the first place? Just curious...

Because it is an automatic hole created by the screw connection command and when the hole is deleted, the entire joint, bolt and hole are deleted.

Are you talking about using this bolted connection or are you talking about using something from the connection vault?

As shown. The switch is set to "Bolt Type" and selects the screw insertion command. I usually do the top right on the connection objects. (From the yellow frame in the picture) A bolt with nut and washer is drawn. There may be a case where I want to delete the screw, but I want to keep the holes from these screws.

If you use "Bolts on Beam" from the "Custom Connections" button in your tools palette you can put holes through multiple parts at the same time. The holes option is in the top pulldown. There's also the one directly below it "Bolts on Plate". That whole group has some neat connections.

I'm not saying your idea is a bad one at all. Just trying to give you more options-

Yes, this is a good solution for connections created by "custom connections".  I meant a screw connection that was not created by "custom connections".

It's possible to see it in this video:

I understand that everything is deleted when you use that style of bolted connection. My suggestion is to use the "Bolts on Beam" or "Bolts on Plate" instead so you can have holes only.

Yes, if the parametric custom connection is used, it is ok.
