Anyone know how to turn off the red axis lines in shop drawings. I have searched the drawing styles manager from one end to another and cannot find any reference to the red axis lines that show up as profile center lines in the shop drawings.
Solved! Go to Solution.
In Advance Steel these lines are called System Lines and can be turned off in Objects "Presentation" as seen below.
Alternatively, you can modify this within a created drawing in the "Advance Properties" dialogue, within the "Axes" tab and by unchecking the "System Line Color" check box.
Thank you very much ! This solved the problem. However, when I turn off the system lines, we loose our centerline chain dims of the pickets. We played with different settings and 'enviroment' places a faint line on the dwg to allow the chain dims. THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME TO HELP US! Maybe one day Autodesk will release complete help manual or at least fix the onboard help system and we won't have to bother people who are trying to work. Thanks again

I tried this solution and the red system line still comes in as red. Which can't be frozen or the color changed. Can color of this system line in Autocad drawings be changed in Autocad level and not at the sheet level?
