How do i create a bolted spacer beam?

What steps should i take to build a spacer beam? 

i and able to put a tube spacer onto the beam web but I'm struggling with creating the holes along the web and putting the bolts through.

the photos attached are similar to what i want to create

Hi,

Use the Rectangular two point feature from the Objects ribbon. Make sure that its set to bolts 

 Use the Advance properties to space the bolts accordingly and then insert your spacers and the same spacing.
