The Advance Steel Camera filtering that you highlight will select any Advance Steel camera objects found in the model, that are created with the following two commands :
In the picture from your post I can see a different Camera object (Created by AutoCAD probably), object that is not subject of this filter, which tries to filter out only the objects "ASTXCAMERA " from your model.
