I think it would be helpful to add worflow review that will show the full response from the assigned person and in addition , to sync it to status field that will automatically change to "In progres" and closed accordingly.
Right now we to needs change the status manualy and it's very difficult with a lot of issues, and the response field exist only in comment or in custom field created with no restricted premession that anyone can fill.
