We've been exploring the reports feature, especially the Assigned Items by Company report which will email individualized punch list issues to all the assigned company members. But what we find awkward and frustrating is the need to download those reports before they can be viewed. Build will email you a pdf attachment for other processes, like Meeting minutes or completed Forms. Can you do that with Reports? Or maybe you can make them so they first open in a browser as a pdf, which can then be downloaded. Either method would allow people to review the report much quicker than going through the downloading process. It's especially frustrating for field use when a subcontractor opens the email on a mobile device but can't review the report without downloading, which is especially difficult on a mobile phone. And if these changes are too difficult, then at least include a link to the Issues module of Build so they can review and process their issues efficiently directly on the software.
