Current state is that we can only choose to have it be private (meaning only the creator of the model and the site admins can see) or public (everyone can see). Request is to add the ability to select visibility at the View level by Role. (eg: Ability to provide visibility to “BIM Manager” role only.)
Add permission levels at the View level to limit users to View/Edit/Manage permissions. (Example: would like to allow Trade Partners to view it, but not be able to save/edit it.)
Business Case
People are deleting data/work, knowingly or unknowingly. Governance/permissions are required to prevent this from happening.
