The Microsoft word and excel plug-ins seem to work well on the ACC through the web. All except for closing out.
The method for saving and returning to ACC is a bit clunky and not clear for new users. Many people on the team do not have confidence that their updates have been changed. A save changes and close button, would save a lot of confusion and questions. The method in some tutorials tells you to choose "Return from the drop down menu on the top left, but that opens the same document in a second window without any changes applied. This scares people into thinking that their changes have not been saved and that the ACC is not reliable. Please give the Microsoft functionality a tune up.! 🙂
