The assets report contains a lot of information that is not needed (Who created the report, who created the asset, when was the asset created). Other helpful information is not displayed. For example, we need the location of an asset on a plan in the report. The plan is only stored as a link.
The current Assets report spits out the information provided in the Assets module with links to any references. Each reference also has its own detailed report that you can create in the specific reference module. It would be excellent if you could choose from the Asset module to run a report that includes the detailed report for each reference as well as the specific Asset module information so that we can use this report as a turnover package.
It is not possible to customize the Assets Export/Report, it will always include the references, like issues, which users don't always want to share in their assets reports.
