This is a high priority issue for companies that do not only work with Autodesk files on ACC, but also use MicroStation with ACC (currently only as a 'cloud platform'):
In order to make use of further ACC processes like issue management viewing of .dgn files must be accurate.
Currently ACC just displays content from the .dgn file itself, but NOT from (frequently used) external sources. (MicroStation itself should finde the ext. file automatically as it looks into the current folder of the active file to search for ext. sources as well if the stored paths (relative or absolute) are no longer valid.) Please make sure that external .dgn / .dwg files are also displayed.
As an alternative ACC should display at least those sources if not dynamically then at least the 'cached' version (2d lines) of the reference. (There is an option to change the viewing method within the MS references dialog for example to create 2D elements from 3D references, which can make printing much faster if those are very large.)
