Enhance File Collaboration in ACC Docs/Build – Add File Activity History & In-Context Communication(Chat system)

A new feature for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), specifically within the Docs/Build > Files module. The goal is to improve communication and information sharing during construction projects by adding two key capabilities:

1. File Activity History Panel

   • Shows all relevant actions related to a specific file.

   • Includes:

     • Who shared the file

     • When and with whom it was shared (including external collaborators)

     • Who viewed or downloaded the file

     • Status changes or comments

2. Chat-style Communication Panel

   • A real-time discussion area directly linked to each file

   • Users can exchange comments, tag teammates, and keep context-specific discussions centralized

   • All messages are stored as part of the file's history for future traceability
