Decrease permission levels at a sub-folder with inherited permissions / Adding an option to break the inheritance.

Wishing having the ability to change inherited permissions of a sub-folder with other lower permissions.

Right now, inherited permissions can only be raised for the sub-folder but not to be decreased. 

 

more valuable to have an option to break the inheritance.
