Cost Management - Cost & Change Order snapshot function
ACC already has snapshoto function on Budget section. It would be great if ACC can also have the same function on Cost and Change Order section as well to ensmooth the audit.
agree with Robert But better yet , we would really need a proper "lock and close " function. This in order to lock a period and close it., with a knowledge that numbers in the past cant be altered Yes , good with snapshot, like a snapshot for aug 2025, stating certain numbers - but as of now - the number can change - which makes it difficult to use numbers in ACC for proper accounting, as they are allowed to be altered in hindsight Would be great with an option to "lock" a period, a quarter, a year - and only deal with adjustment via changes (COs BOs etc) to make any adjustments needed in the past . This is just good accounting practice after all
