We should be able to modify the option to customize the “From” name currently shown as: Autodesk Construction Cloud reply@acc.autodesk.com
for all automated email notifications sent through ACC (including Daily Reports, RFIs, Submittals, etc.).
If full customization is not possible, I suggest at least shortening the name (for example, to ACC) to make emails easier to read, especially on mobile devices. The current name is quite long and takes up valuable space in the inbox, often hiding more important parts of the subject line.
This change would help managers and other frequent users who receive a high volume of notifications to more easily scan and prioritize emails. While notification settings can be adjusted, doing so for each individual user is time consuming, and the current system for adjusting them can be cumbersome to navigate. Shortening or customizing the “From” name would provide a more efficient and user friendly experience.
