Unable to Open NWD file on A360

I cannot open an nwd file on myhub  does a360 recognize the file?

Thank you for taking your time to post this on the forum, 

I've had a look at your description and the viewer is able to view NWD files - are you experiencing this with several NWD files or just one? 

If so are you able to share it with us for further troubleshooting?
