File does not open due to Font change?

Hello Vanessa,

Thanks for posting your question to the forum.  Can you try uploading the DWG file again and see if it then works.  Note that if you are using fonts that are not default fonts in AutoCAD, that they will not load with the DWG. You can try creating a DWFx and then uploading that to see if that gets you what you want. 

Also try clicking on the "details" option to see what the error is.  Note that many times re uploading the file resolves the issue.
