Autodesk told me to contact support so i am

the website gave me an extractor code -9 error and told me to contact support.

What do i do now?

Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.

Hi Ben, 

 

Thank you for taking your time to post this on the forum, 

 

We've published an articles around this which I first of all would recommend you take a look at:
