A360 into Read-only mode now in July

Hello A360 Drive Users,

Thank you for all your feedback and contributions to our release planning.

Previously we'd planning to turn A360 Drive into Read-only mode in May. We are now updating that decision to turn A360 into Read-only mode in July.

We heard directly that Private Folder Sharing is an important function for A360 Drive and want to make sure that Autodesk Drive can support that feature as well.

• In the coming weeks, you will be able to use A360 Drive as usual.
• Autodesk Drive Entitlement was granted to all Autodesk Subscribers, Students, and Users with a maintenance plan.
• Read more about how to migrate and download your A360 Drive data in our help system.

Hi Zach

Why wasn't I notified of these changes. I just logged into A360 and found this out. It seems like Autodesk dropped the ball. This is the only notice I could find. A more proactive approach would have been appreciated.

FWIW most of us received emails on the topic back in April (as well as all the posts in this forum since then) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/DRIVE-LEARNING/files/DRIVE... as well as notifications on the web when logging into the service.

Do they have your correct email address (never assume your current one if the one they used for this old service), or did it get caught in your Junk folder? Or it just slipped through since you might not be a frequent user, it happens.
