Too much reflection

Greetings fellow 3dsmaxians

I have only recently joined your covenant and truth be told I am a complete noob.

That aside, I've made an object, I'm using arnold, there's 2 lights in my scene, left and right, quad arnold lights.
When the object rotates, the material I've assigned for the screen area shows too much reflection, how do i turn that all the way down?

Thank you

There are a couple of things you can do. First, I would tackle the roughness of the material. If you need some information regarding PBR workflow, let me know and I can share it with you.

The second way, which is something you should only do in the last instance is removing the specular contribution from the light in question.  Set Specular to 0

But first, check the material and add some roughness to it.

Shooting the roughness of the material to 1.0 did the trick, thank you so much.

Sure if its no trouble pls provide me with more info as per the 'PBR Workflow', I know very little of max and it's very exciting
