2023 Max Crashes when missing textures

I have installed max  2023 on fresh windows, when I try to open a missing texture includes 3d max file, it suddenly crash without opening it.

anyone has any idea ? how to solve it ?

Problem with 2023,3 version. when I remove 2023.3 and install 2023.2 it works...

Looking at the crash code "703531007", the problem originate from RayFire Bricks Plugin for 3ds Max "rfbricks_2023_x64"

Have you checked to see if you have the latest version of the plugin in case that's something they might have fixed already? Don't know why the issue seem to start with update 3, Rayfire Studio should be in a better position to know why.
