tube primitive, radius 1 = radius 2?

is there a way to create a tube only one unit thickness?

in other words radius 1 = radius 2

when i do set radius 1 = radius 2 it doesnt render correctly

or should i create a circle and extrude it?

Hi,

A couple of ways come to mind. I wouldn't use a tube for this - you could create and extrude a circle as you mentioned. Or you could create a cylinder, convert to poly, select top/bottom caps and delete. Probably a few other ways - there always are! 🙂
