draw cable tray

I am a beginner in 3 dmax and I want to ask 

if there is a cable tray suspended on the ceiling and firefighting pumps

does the 3d max has the ability to draw them ( as there is no false ceiling in the room and I want to draw them ) or I have to draw it by Revit ?

I want to draw a ceiling like what in the picture , can I draw it by 3dmax ?

You can easily create the cable trays by adding a sweep modifier to a line representing the path of the tray. Use the Channel Built in section and rotate if necessary.  Use a tiled opacity map to model the hole pattern.
