Unable to get license details

Hi,

I am unable to get license details for 3DS max 2020 version. I am trying to download an educational version. Any help would be appreciated. Attached is the screenshot.

Yep, I submitted the form few days ago, still no reply from them yet. I wish there was some faster way of communication with them, live chat is unavailable as always.

I received the license details for 3ds max 2018 (thank you), but for training and completing the project, I also need the Mudbox, but when I get a license for it, I’ve got an error again. Or maybe I can get an educational license for only one product?

You should be able to get it for multiple products. And since you were able to get 3ds Max, you should be able to get license for Mudbox as well. Can you provide more details for the error (screenshot, error code, etc.)?

Looks like the email address mentioned should have access to 3ds Max as of past weekend 6/1. Please let us know in case you're still encountering issues.
