Unable to get license details

Hi,

 

I am unable to get license details for 3DS max 2020 version. I am trying to download an educational version. Any help would be appreciated. Attached is the screenshot.

Thank you very much, after 6 hours I tried again to get the Mudbox license - and I did it, the license details were obtained.
