We have had a problem with a couple of PCs we use as render slaves and 3dsmax 2019.
PC Spec : Intel i7 5820k, nvidia geforce 210 graphics card, 16GB RAM, Windows 10 home edition
We installed 3dsmax 2019 and it launched and worked absolutely fine regardless of the graphics card being old, we then re installed windows and updated all of the drivers for the hardware graphics card included and 3dsmax now comes up with the error "Could not initialise the graphic device."
We have tried to launch 3dsmax in all of the other graphics modes with no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
