Backburner Not Taking BIG Job

Hi,

I work at a architectural visualization studio and we have a in house render farm and we have a unique problem submitting a job that has high level of textures (over 1800 different textures).
We can submit jobs without 3D people as you can see in the screen cap. below and everything works fine.
But when we include people into the scene (there are many of them) obviously the associated textures need to come with them which is where I think the hang up happens.  The job gets submitted but the frames don't populate (see the image below).
I tested the same file through REBUS farm and it goes through and the people get rendered fine.  Which leads me to believe it is backburner that is failing.

Is there a limit in terms of how many textures, or amount of file size of the textures need to be in order for backburner to work?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
