Script Error at boot up Max

I am getting this error message every time I start 3D Max. it seems to be the connector of Stingray. I waited thinking it may get fixed with some patch but, it been a while.

Hi. Had the same error when starting Max2018 some time ago. In my case it didn't show if I opened 3dsMax Interactive before Max2018. And after having done this for some days, I haven't seen this error. Could be coincidentally tho... Maybe it's somehow related to Windows? (I'm using Windows 10).

Would love to hear from some tech dev about this.
