Hello, has anyone had a similar problem with rendering from 3ds max 2022.3 via Deadline v.10.1.23.6 because on one computer it keeps reporting the same error and cannot render any frames. The complete log is attached. Does anyone know what could be the cause of the problem, this is the first time this has happened to us and this computer does not have this problem with other jobs?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
There a a few areas of the Error.txt file that look suspect to me:
2023/04/26 08:28:29 DBG: [13096] [20136] Could not find the specified file in DefaultSettingsParser::parse()
2023/04/26 08:28:30 INF: [13096] [20136] [tyFlow]: tyFlow RENDER not found. tyFlow FREE will be used for rendering if a tyFlow PRO license is not found. If this machine does not have a tyFlow PRO license, consider installing tyFlow RENDER for improved render performance in command-line mode. If this machine does have a tyFlow PRO license, you can ignore this message.
(Although this may be disregarded as Tyflow MCRs seem to load up ok later in the log file).
and,
2023/04/26 08:28:48 DBG: [13096] [20136] Graphics driver requested by the user : Nitrous

(Although I don't imagine that having a Graphics Card on a slave machine is that important unless you're trying to utilise GPU rendering, and I can see that Hamster 04 has a Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 later in the log).

(Might not matter if you're not using Populate 3D Characters in the scene).

If you're using vRay to render out the job, and never ever use Arnold for rendering jobs I personally would uninstall MAXtoA (Arnold) in Add/Remove programs... as it seems to be freaking out a lot. Or at least change the default render engine on Hamster 04 to vRay in the Maxstart.max file so as it doesn't have to jump from Arnold to vRay each time it tries to render a job.
The only thing I can see that might be crapping out totally is 3DSMax.py, the Python extension. Although I can't see why. There seems to be a few hits of RTTI errors on the board, here's one from Inventor:

Hopefully some of this is helpful, if not please contact Autodesk Support and submit a ticket:

Thank you very much for the detailed job log analysis. I will start to check one by one, but I hope that I will be able to find out what exactly is the problem. Otherwise, this computer regularly grates other jobs with the same settings
