There appears to be a bug in 3ds Max 2023 when duplicating a Biped's Position animation key.

hello.
There seems to be a bug when duplicating the Vertical track of Bip001 or the IK keys of the hands and feet. The problem occurs with the Position key, and the Rotation key is fine.
