hi @yurii.oleksii

I'm not sure I understand you, you have a drawing and you would like to model your truss frame in plate and shell ? In bars and for using steel design ? both ?

Best Regards

it's like a welded box girder. I want to model it in Robot and calculate. Maybe some idea how to do it

HI @yurii.oleksii

Most simple is to draw a face (contour object = one web in your case), then extrude it, then linear copy to obtain second web. Take care to the diffrents thickness areas.

Extrude program could be found here

Best regards

I saw that you had large radii which complicate the junctions of webs and flanges of the columns.
You can divide the circular flange plate and webs into three parts (max 2m). I suggest you use (SplitArcs) to divide arcs into several other arcs with the same center and radius. The steel plates will be the same but edges divided.

Best Regards
