Conditional Format for "No" on Yes/No Parameter on Schedule.

Please allow conditional formatting for "No" on a Yes/No parameter. Nether of the following work:

• Parameter == No
• Parameter != Yes

Use this instead:

Not(Yes/NoParameter,x,y)

if you want it to work with yes use this:

if(Yes/NoParameter,x,y)

 Just to clarify, I am referring to a conditional format, not a statement. It does nor work on a "No" value, as can be seen in the pictures below.
