3ds Max stuck on "Autodesk LIcensing" window

Hello, I recently downloaded the student version of 3ds Max and installed it. The first time I ran it, I remember some kind of licensing window popping up that required me to fill out some information. However, after that, a blank popup titled "Autodesk Licensing" came up and 3ds Max did not load.

I have tried several things to fix this, including:

- Killing the 3dsmax.exe and LMP.exe processes and trying to start 3ds Max again
- Restarting my PC
- Reinstalling 3ds Max completely
- Repairing 3ds Max
- Redownloading 3ds Max through the Virtual Agent and reinstalling it
- Deleting the "adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data" and "adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001" files from my C:/ProgramData/FLEXnet folder and restarting 3ds Max

Nothing has worked. The same window, "Autodesk Licensing", pops up every time.

If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it - I need to use 3ds Max for class.

Hello kateryna.panchenko and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you're seeing a blank screen after downloading your software. This issue typically occurs because Internet Explorer is either blocking or cannot connect to Autodesk registration servers. Access to Autodesk services is blocked by either IE, network, or proxy server security settings. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

Register Today (Product Activation Wizard) blank except for two radio buttons

What version of 3DS Max are you using and what is the OS of your computer?  Also, do you get a particular error?  Can you post the adlm log file in that same folder as your licenses?

Oh, sorry I forgot to post this, but the bot's solution worked. I uninstalled the IE 11 update and I think that did the trick. Thank you for your time though!
