From FAQ:

Can I transfer my AutoCAD license between platforms (from AutoCAD to AutoCAD for Mac)?

Yes. Customers with licenses of AutoCAD 2012 can now activate AutoCAD 2012 for Mac with the same license number and activation code.
Customers with licenses of Design Suites that contain AutoCAD 2012 can also activate AutoCAD 2012 for Mac with the same license number and activation code.

Please call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization to get a new activation code:

http://en.autodesk.ca/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=9719649&id=9830778

1-800-551-1490 > Option 1 (English)

You probably cannot do this for 2011 versions though for Mac like you can in 2012.
