Substance Car Reflector Lights Material

Hi,

It's my first time using VRED and Substance Source. The problem I am having in particular is with the material 'Cataphote Rear Wave Dents' for the side lights of the car. When downloading and applying the material to the part VRED says that it's ignoringn unsuppourted normal backface. With the part not representing anything it should look like. Anyone else had this problem?

VRED does not support MDL Materials that are created with Substance Designer!

To explain what the message means:

Ignoring unsupported Substance normalBackface channel of pkg://cataphote_rear_double_triangle.

 

It means that the loaded sbsar contains a special texture channel (which is called "normalBackface" in this case), that VRED cannot read. This file has 2 normal textures. VRED only reads the "normal" channel.
