Program doesn´t load Masetrials and Environments

Hello Autodesk community,

for some reason the asset manager doesn´t upload the preinstalled materials and environments. It seems like the link to the material folder couldn´t be found. I already tried to reinstall the program but it is still not working.

Thanks, I got the materials through the asset manager but all the environments are still missing:X

HI,

In the image i see that you are using the Automotive Assets.

For Vred you should have the Vred Assets 2021.

Do you have a commercial or Educational license?
