webshop menu disappeared

Hello everyone,

I've recently installed VRed Design 2020.3 and the webshop menu is disappeared (simple UI disabled), I used it with the 2020 version to import Substance materials: could somone helps me?

I've tried also the 2021 version and even there the webshop is unavailable

Hi Marco,

thanks for reporting this. The WebShops should be available in Design & Pro. The DLL´s are missing and we will fix this asap. We are really sorry for this. Unzip the attached folder and copy the files to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\VREDDesign-13.0\lib\plugins\WIN64\Module to your 2021 installation.
