Use LeeMacs Script Writer

to run the -layer command to change the line weight on all dwgs in a folder

Thank you for your response

I tried this line of command and it didn't work

_.open "C:\deck drawings\upper deck 1.dwg" _.layer GT_1_. Lineweight_.0 _.save _Y _.close

Can you please help with it?

After installation, follow the instructions shown on Script Writer page on what to input in the Script Line:

In your case it would be:

_.Open *file* _.-Layer _LW 0 GT_1 _.Qsave _.Close

Note: There are 2 spaces between the layer name GT_1 and _.Qsave to complete the Layer command between executing a save.
