Windows in the AutoLiSP Editor Keep Shrinking

Whenever I change from one text window to another in the AutoLiSP editor, the window that I change to shrinks a little bit.  Over time I have to stretch the window back to a usable size.

The original fix was to use the Registry Editor by changing the PaddedBorderWidth to 0 under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics.

I've posted this before and when using AutoCAD Mechanical 2018 (Vanilla) the solution worked.  I'm now using AutoCAD Mechanical (Vanilla) and even though I change the PaddedBorderWidth to 0, relaunch AutoCAD and the LiSP editor, the windows keep shrinking.

I'm using Windows 11.

If anyone else has this issue and fixed it, please let me know.

Thanks

Autodesk is aware of the undesired behavior and isn't planning to fix VLIDE, AFAIK.

The 'solution' moving forward, is to instead use VS Code with the AutoLISP Extension.

What is your AutoCAD Mechanical version you're using now?

I would, but I really like being able to debug in real time.  Maybe I just haven't figured out how with VS Code.

Using VS Code link @BlackBox_ provided in previous post you should be able to install the Debug feature :
