Hello to everybody here!
Tell me why, on modern enormous monitors, the old good "modemacro" part of the Status Line is truncated now and didn't take all the free place of Status Line?
There's a secret DIESEL variable named "LINELEN", see Help! ; )) It shows the number of characters we can use in the "mode" part of the Status Line.
For me it shows "240". And I can see only 85 of them before this bashful "..."...
I think the cause is centering of the Status Line for using it with centered Command Line Window.
But some guys here do not like to have the Command Line centered and just anchored! ; ))
We, old good guys, like the old good docked Command Line!!
Nevertheless even we use the centered Command Line we do want to use ALL the possible size of Status Line!!
So can we do something with it in modern AutoCAD versions and can we HOPE, that the situation will be improved or more precisely corrected in the future versions?..
