Warning before exploding some specified block

When exploding some specified  block. It should be warned before explode. Something like 'Are you sure it is protected block'

Please help me

or even uncheck the "Allow Exploding" toggle on the Block Definition Dialog command: Block

I interested to just warning for notice it is protected block. While i have to explode the same time or may be keep it also. not interested to go in block editor and uncheck the allow exploding in properties.
