Wall tags drawing automation / Leader from offset line

Hi guys,

I have one tedious task that i would to make bearable. I have to draw leader line parallel to every wall and place a tag. 

I have constructed a method of how the thing could be done, but unfortunately I dont have skills to do it in autocad. I will attach the gif of the steps that in my opinion would do the job. I am sure there are tons of people clicking and making wall finishes tags and cursing on multileader and quickleader tools 🙂

Of course all suggestions of how to speed up process is welcome. Maybe writing a routine would be to complicated but I decided to ask anyway.

Maybe put the tag in a tool palette can speed up the insertion procedure.

Set up different symbols for different tags in a tool palette, then click-click-click...

I guess... The I guess the bigger problem making those double end arrowheaded leaders. Pasting wall tag is smaller part of the problem...
