Text from a cell with Field or a LISP

When using Field, in the objects and formula category, selecting a table cell to pull the information, I am facing a small problem. When this cell is a number, the function works perfectly, however, when the cell contains some different character or any simple text (which is not a number, just a letter), the command does not show anything in the Field, just the # showing contain an error. I would like help to solve this problem, because I understand that pulling a text and a number should be the same thing. For my use, I necessarily need the field to pull a text from a table cell, so if there is any other way to do this, I accept the suggestion as well.

Well, I necessarily need to pull information present in a table cell so that it appears elsewhere in the drawing. In this case, I'm trying with the Field command because it's what I know for this type of function, but I accept suggestions for other commands that work the same way I need. Below is a DWG example of what I need and how I'm trying to use it.
